This Privacy Policy explains how OXeSIM (“OXeSIM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• WHO WE ARE
  – OXeSIM is a digital platform providing access to global eSIM connectivity solutions.
  – OXeSIM does not operate mobile networks, issue SIM profiles, or control telecommunications infrastructure.
  – Connectivity services are provided by independent third-party providers.
• INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  – Information you provide
  – Name, email address
  – Account credentials and profile details
  – Order details and transaction records
  – Support messages, feedback, and communications you send us
  – Any information you choose to submit through forms or support channels
  – Information collected automatically
  – IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
  – Usage logs, diagnostics, timestamps, referring/exit pages
  – Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS unless you explicitly enable it on your device)
  – Cookies and similar technologies
  – Information processed by third parties (for service delivery)
  – Certain information may be processed by independent third-party connectivity, infrastructure, compliance, fraud-prevention, analytics, hosting, or payment providers as needed to deliver the Services.
• HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE
  We may share information only as necessary, and only for legitimate operational, security, compliance, or service-delivery purposes, including with:
  – Connectivity and infrastructure providers (to provision and deliver eSIM services)
  – Payment processors and fraud-prevention partners (to process payments and prevent misuse)
  – Hosting, security, analytics, and performance providers (to run and protect the platform)
  – Professional advisors (legal, accounting, compliance) as needed
  – Authorities, regulators, or lawful requestors when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and security
  Critical notices:
  – Once data is lawfully shared with third parties, those parties may act as independent controllers for their own purposes.
  – OXeSIM does not control and is not responsible for third-party processing practices outside our direct control.
  – You agree that third-party acts or omissions do not create liability for OXeSIM to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• TELECOM & CONNECTIVITY DISCLAIMER
  – Connectivity services are provided by independent third parties.
  – OXeSIM does not guarantee network availability, speed, coverage, latency, quality, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
  – Outages, throttling, congestion, geographic limitations, roaming restrictions, local regulations, or provider actions may impact service.
  – Use of connectivity services is at your own risk.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION (IF REQUIRED)
  – Certain destinations, providers, payment processors, or compliance rules may require identity verification or additional information.
  – If required and you fail, refuse, or cannot complete verification, service may be restricted or denied.
  – Any refunds (if applicable) are governed strictly by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
• COOKIES & TRACKING
  – We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, performance, and analytics.
  – Disabling cookies may limit or break functionality.

• INTERNATIONAL DATA & CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING
  – The Services operate globally, and data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
  – By using the Services, you consent to cross-border processing and transfers to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  – Your sole remedy if you disagree is to discontinue use of the Services.
• DATA SECURITY (NO GUARANTEE)
  – We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
  – No system is perfectly secure. We do not guarantee absolute security.
  – You acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of Internet-based systems, and you agree OXeSIM is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, interception, or breaches outside our reasonable control to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• DATA RETENTION
  – We retain data only as long as necessary for:
  – Providing the Services
  – Legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations
  – Fraud prevention, security, and dispute/chargeback handling
  – Enforcing our policies and protecting our rights
  – We may anonymize or aggregate data and retain it indefinitely.
• USER RIGHTS (LIMITED)
  – Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain data.
  – These rights are not absolute and may be denied or limited where data is required for:
  – Legal compliance
  – Security or fraud prevention
  – Dispute resolution or chargeback defense
  – Completion or continuation of Services
  – We may require identity verification before acting on requests.
  – Requests can be denied where permitted by law, including where requests are abusive, repetitive, impractical, or compromise security.

• ACCOUNT DELETION RIGHTS
  – You may request deletion of your account and certain personal data, subject to applicable law and our legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and enforcement obligations.
  – Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
  – After deletion, you may no longer be able to access your orders, wallet balance, transactions, eSIM data, support history, and related account records.
  – Please review and save any information you may need before submitting a deletion request.
  – Any remaining wallet balance should be used before deletion or addressed with support where applicable under our policies.
  – After deletion, the same email address may not be available for future account registration, and the associated wallet ID may be permanently disabled.
  – We may retain limited data where required or permitted by law, or where necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, chargeback defense, tax, accounting, or enforcement purposes.

• THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
  – The Services may include third-party links, tools, or integrations.
  – We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, availability, or practices.
• AGE RESTRICTION
  – The Services are intended for users 18 years or older.
  – We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (MAXIMUM SHIELD)
  To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  – OXeSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business.
  – OXeSIM is not liable for third-party acts or omissions, network/provider failures, or data incidents outside our reasonable control.
  – Total aggregate liability (if any) related to privacy, data, cookies, or communications is limited to the lesser of:
  – The amount paid by you to OXeSIM in the prior 12 months
  – USD $100
• INDEMNIFICATION
  – You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OXeSIM from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and legal fees arising from or related to:
  – Your use or misuse of the Services
  – Your violation of law or third-party rights
  – Your breach of this Privacy Policy or any other OXeSIM policy
  – Disputes between you and any third party (including providers, regulators, or payment partners)
• POLICY MODIFICATIONS
  – We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice.
  – Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
  – Continued use of the Services constitutes binding acceptance.
  – Your sole remedy if you disagree is to discontinue use of the Services.
• GOVERNING TERMS & DISPUTES
  – This Privacy Policy is governed by and incorporated into the General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
  – Any dispute related to privacy, data, cookies, or communications shall be handled under the dispute rules in the GTC.
  – In the event of any conflict, the GTC controls.
• ENTIRE AGREEMENT
  – This Privacy Policy, together with the GTC, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and all policies in the Legal Center, forms the entire agreement between you and OXeSIM regarding the subject matter hereof.
