If you are viewing a Regional or Global plan, click View Country Coverage to see supported countries for that plan. This list is provided for general guidance. Final coverage, speed, and network details are available after purchase through Manual Install – PIN: XXXX in My eSIMs.
Local plans do not show View Country Coverage because they are built for one country only.
Your package starts when you connect to a supported network in a supported destination.
For Regional and Global plans, if you are already in a covered country when you activate the eSIM, the plan may start immediately.
We recommend purchasing your eSIM within 30 days before travel and installing it before your trip while you still have a stable internet connection.

An account is required before completing checkout.
For a faster and smoother checkout experience, OXeSIM includes the account step directly inside the Secure Checkout page using the same Email and Password fields.
This means customers do not need to visit a separate Register page during checkout. It helps both technical and non-technical customers complete checkout with fewer steps.
If you are already logged in, the Email and Password fields will not appear, and you can complete checkout directly.
At Secure Checkout, the same Email and Password fields are used for both returning customers and first-time customers.

After successful payment, our system will automatically create your OXeSIM account using the email and password you entered during checkout.
You do not need to click a separate Register button during checkout.
If you are already logged in, you will skip this step and continue checkout directly.
The separate Login/Register page can still be used outside checkout, but checkout skips that extra step to make the purchase process faster, smoother, and easier.
At checkout, you will:
Returning customers should use their existing OXeSIM password.
First-time customers should create a password in the Password field. After successful payment, our system will automatically create the account.
If you are already logged in, the Email and Password fields will not show, and you can complete checkout directly.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. If you are using a supported Apple device, you may also see Buy with Apple.
After a successful purchase, first-time customers will have their OXeSIM account created automatically by our system.
You will see your order details, including the eSIM Installation & Usage section, and you can access your eSIM from My eSIMs.
After purchase, the best place to access your eSIM is:

No. In most cases, setup is mostly automatic after installation. You may only need to confirm:

To reduce unnecessary background usage, we recommend enabling Low Data Mode after installation.

After purchase, open your eSIM in My eSIMs and tap Show QR Code.
On your Android phone:
Step 1
Open Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
On some Android phones, this may appear under Network & Internet or SIMs.
Step 2
Tap Add eSIM and follow the setup steps.
Keep the screen open while your eSIM installs. Setup may take a few minutes.
Once installation is complete, tap Done.
Step 3
Keep Calls and Messages on your main SIM.
For Mobile data, choose your OXeSIM eSIM, then tap Change to confirm.
Most OXeSIM plans are data-only, so keep your primary SIM selected for calls and texts unless your plan includes calls and SMS.
Step 4
Open Connections again, go to Mobile networks, and make sure Data roaming is turned on.
Data roaming must be enabled for your OXeSIM eSIM to connect properly.
Your OXeSIM eSIM is now ready to use.

Yes. Most OXeSIM plans are data-only, so keep Calls and Messages on your main SIM unless your plan includes calls and SMS.

Go to Settings → Connections → SIM manager and make sure your OXeSIM eSIM is selected for Mobile data.
Then go to Mobile networks and make sure Data roaming is turned on.

Your eSIM may show one of these statuses:
NOT ACTIVATED
The eSIM has not been activated yet.
ACTIVATED
The eSIM is active.
EXPIRED
The plan has ended.

We strongly recommend installing and activating your eSIM before travel while you still have a stable internet connection.
Example: if a traveler is flying from Los Angeles to Paris, it is better to complete installation before departure or while still at the airport, rather than waiting until connectivity becomes limited.
No. Removing and reinstalling an eSIM is not a supported troubleshooting step.
Once an eSIM is installed on your device, do not remove it. If you have connection issues:
Warning: eSIMs cannot be reinstalled after uninstalling.

Once an eSIM is issued, assigned, delivered, displayed, installed, activated, or used in whole or in part, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Customers are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase. Orders made on incompatible devices are not refundable.
Zero usage does not make an order refundable after delivery.
