This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of OXeSIM (“OXeSIM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and all related services, products, and digital eSIM plans (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- SCOPE & ENFORCEMENT
This AUP applies to all users, customers, visitors, devices, accounts, transactions, and usage linked to OXeSIM.
OXeSIM may enforce this AUP at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.
OXeSIM may suspend, restrict, terminate, cancel, refuse service, block transactions, or report activity to authorities where permitted or required.
Enforcement actions may be taken for suspected violations, attempted violations, or risk signals—even if the violation is not proven to a criminal standard. - GENERAL RULE
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal or authorized business purposes.
Any use that risks harm to OXeSIM, our platform, our partners/providers, other users, networks, systems, or public safety is prohibited. - PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (STRICTLY FORBIDDEN)
– Fraud, deception, or abuse
chargeback abuse, refund fraud, friendly fraud, or disputing valid purchases
using stolen payment methods, identity spoofing, or false information
creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, limits, enforcement, or bans
reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, “SIM farming,” pooling, or commercial exploitation without written authorization
– Network, telecom, and technical abuse
any attempt to disrupt, overload, degrade, attack, probe, or reverse engineer networks, systems, APIs, or infrastructure
scanning, penetration attempts, traffic flooding, DDoS, malware delivery, botnets, phishing, or exploitation
routing manipulation, tunneling abuse, unauthorized proxies, or activity intended to evade controls
using the Services to host or distribute malicious code, spyware, adware, ransomware, or harmful content
– Illegal or regulated conduct
any unlawful activity under local, national, or international law
activity that violates sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or restricted party rules
activity involving unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, or threats
impersonation of any person/entity, including OXeSIM staff or representatives
– Content and communications abuse
harassment, hate, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff or others
using support channels to spam, scam, or solicit
submitting false reports, falsified evidence, or misleading documentation
– Platform misuse
attempting to bypass checkout, pricing, security controls, or usage limits
scraping, data harvesting, automation, or bot activity without authorization
interfering with other users’ access or experience
using the Services in a way that creates legal/compliance risk for OXeSIM or any provider - FAIR USE & “UNLIMITED” PLANS
Some plans may be subject to fair usage limits or network management rules.
Excessive, abnormal, or automated usage patterns may result in throttling, restriction, suspension, or termination by OXeSIM or third-party providers.
You acknowledge that network providers may apply traffic management, speed reductions, or restrictions without notice. - COMPLIANCE & VERIFICATION
We may request verification or additional information to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the platform.
If you fail or refuse verification, we may restrict, suspend, or deny service without liability.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and regulations in your location and destination(s). - SECURITY RULES
You must not attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or data.
You must not test or probe vulnerabilities of the Services without written permission.
You must not introduce malware or attempt to compromise any part of the Services.
Any security issue must be reported to OXeSIM; exploitation is prohibited. - NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN MISUSE
OXeSIM may monitor, log, and analyze activity for security, compliance, fraud prevention, and enforcement.
Where permitted by law, we may preserve and disclose information to protect OXeSIM, providers, users, or to comply with lawful requests.
Use of the Services constitutes consent to these protections and enforcement measures to the maximum extent permitted by law. - CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
Immediate suspension, restriction, termination, and refusal of future service
Order cancellation where allowed; no refunds or credits unless required by law or explicitly allowed by Refund Policy
Forfeiture of any credits/coupons for abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity
Reporting to payment processors, fraud networks, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate
Legal action to recover damages, chargeback fees, investigation costs, legal fees, and enforcement costs to the maximum extent permitted by law - NO LIABILITY FOR ENFORCEMENT
OXeSIM is not liable for any enforcement action taken under this AUP, including suspensions, terminations, blocks, or reporting, to the maximum extent permitted by law. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OXeSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Total aggregate liability related to any AUP issue is limited to the lesser of:
the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months
USD $100 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OXeSIM from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and legal fees arising from:
your violation of this AUP
your misuse of the Services
your unlawful activity or violation of third-party rights
disputes between you and any third party arising from your conduct - POLICY MODIFICATIONS
We may modify this AUP at any time without notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use constitutes acceptance. - GOVERNING TERMS
This AUP is governed by and incorporated into the General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
Any disputes follow the dispute rules in the GTC.
If there is any conflict, the GTC controls. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This AUP, together with the GTC, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all policies in the Legal Center, forms the entire agreement between you and OXeSIM regarding acceptable use and enforcement. - CONTACT
