– OXeSIM does not operate mobile networks, issue SIM profiles, or control telecommunications infrastructure.

– OXeSIM does not guarantee network availability, speed, coverage, latency, quality, uptime, or uninterrupted service.
– Outages, throttling, congestion, geographic limitations, roaming restrictions, local regulations, or provider actions may impact service.
– Use of connectivity services is at your own risk. - IDENTITY VERIFICATION (IF REQUIRED)

– OXeSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business.
– OXeSIM is not liable for third-party acts or omissions, network/provider failures, or data incidents outside our reasonable control.
– Total aggregate liability (if any) related to privacy, data, cookies, or communications is limited to the lesser of:
– The amount paid by you to OXeSIM in the prior 12 months
– USD $100 - INDEMNIFICATION
– You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OXeSIM from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and legal fees arising from or related to:
– Your use or misuse of the Services
– Your violation of law or third-party rights
– Your breach of this Privacy Policy or any other OXeSIM policy
– Disputes between you and any third party (including providers, regulators, or payment partners) - POLICY MODIFICATIONS

– Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
– Continued use of the Services constitutes binding acceptance.
– Your sole remedy if you disagree is to discontinue use of the Services. - GOVERNING TERMS & DISPUTES
– This Privacy Policy is governed by and incorporated into the General Terms & Conditions (GTC).
– Any dispute related to privacy, data, cookies, or communications shall be handled under the dispute rules in the GTC.
– In the event of any conflict, the GTC controls. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
