When you’re in the eSIM’s coverage area, you can connect to a mobile network to use your eSIM. You’ll need to make sure the eSIM is on and selected for data (or calls and texts, if included with your eSIM).
Can I reuse my eSIM?
In many cases but not all, you can top up your eSIM — you don’t need to buy a new eSIM to stay connected. When available, you’ll find top-up packages for your eSIM before and after purchase.
Are Unlimited plans truly unlimited?
Unlimited plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP). You can use data without running out, but after a high-speed threshold in a period, speeds may be reduced until the period resets.
