Install your eSIM before you travel or anytime before you need it, as long as you have a stable internet connection during setup. We recommend installing it in advance so when you arrive at your destination, you can connect faster and start using your plan right away.
How do I start using my eSIM?
Once you’re in your destination, make sure your OXeSIM eSIM is turned on and selected for cellular data. If your plan includes calls or texts, make sure those settings are enabled as well. On iPhone, go to Settings ➜ Cellular ➜ Cellular Data and select your OXeSIM eSIM.
Can I use same plan again later?
Yes — if you want the same plan again later, simply go to My Account ➜ My eSIMs ➜ View the eSIM you want, and click Order Again. You’ll be able to purchase the same plan again quickly and install the new eSIM in minutes.
